Not too long ago, an anomaly occurred over the government building, known as Centraline Tower, located in Centraline City. A mysterious cloud appeared. Nobody knows where it came from or why it's there. The President refuses to answer any questions, calling it "Classified Information". Only Avery Ulrich knows what the cloud is, but not on purpose. One day, he woke up to see two fictional characters had come to life. Now, the government has his eyes on him, and it's up to him to uncover the origins of the cloud and the conspiracy behind the President and his government.
