Troy dreams of becoming the future king of the new world. The only thing getting in his way is the slow overtaking of the Dinomen, a race of Dinosaur humanoids intent on claiming the new world for themselves, away from their human oppressors. Troy assembles a crew of diplomats who specialize in qualities pertaining to their specific fields, in hope to come to a peaceful resolution between the species.
