The zany bandicoot known as Crash Bandicoot, his brainy sister Coco and guardian Aku Aku are all forced onto a different island after being hunted by Dr. Neo Cortex. The mad doctor has found a new item, the Shadow Crystal, the bandicoots must reach it before Cortex and Uka Uka do.
