A serial killer is terrorizing the city, and Detective Marcus Redfield has found the connection—The Delos Institute for the Research of Neuro Physical Disorders. When a mysterious fire destroyed the facility a decade ago, its secrets seemed to die with it. However, someone seems to remember, since the killer is targeting both former workers and inmates at the institute—ones that were supposed to have perished in that fire. Meanwhile, former inmate Algernon seeks to gather and protect the remaining inmates while also searching for an old friend who bears a connection to it all.
