A biological disaster results in the creation of a new race of humans who whilst being granted amnesty in the US are treated like an underclass. Their everyday state being one of segregation, humiliation and inequality. Set in 2080's Chicago the comic is a blood and bullets gangster story that tells the tale of infamous gang leader Nathan Barnes who rises to power in the ghettoized housing districts built to contain the mutated population.
