A 10-year-old girl, Collie lost her parents when she was 6 years old now having to live on her own and fend for her self by killing or BADLY injuring the rich and taking and living off of their money. she decided to group together abused kids to fight back against there parents and band together with their school teacher to save other abused kids but they keep having to move around when the parents of abused kids mysteriously end up dead.
