The comic focuses on Death, who at the beginning of the comic, is charged with finally starting the apocalypse. He, of course, gets tied up in other matters and ends of nodding off at his desk. Fast-forward 1,000 years and the world’s gone to hell. Monsters and zombies roam the Earth, man-kind is left to cower in small settlements to try and survive in this new world. Death realizes he’s screwed up and decides he’s the only one that can make things right again.
