Stranded on an island, researcher Hoatzin Arum has no choice but to place his trust in a group of ragtag Cawler pirates and their eccentric Captain Melano, AKA the Devourer of the Seas, to get home. But when it seems someone else may be on the island, it puts the pirates and Hoatzin’s research in jeopardy.
