PartiallyClips is a minimalist comic strip made from royalty-free commercial clip art. It uses the same image in three panels, usually with no change to the original clip.
In 2002, Rob offered the strip to alternative weekly newspapers, and ten of them began running it as a feature. Eventually, more than two dozen newspapers and magazines printed strips from PartiallyClips.
