Pet Theory is a cross between "Seinfeld" and "The Wonderful World of Gumball." It stars a beleaguered bulldog, JB, an artist who can’t find peace, not even on the toilet. His alley cat roommate is a temperamental writer who longs for fame almost as much as she longs for her secret love, the aforementioned canine.
