Inspired by the great sci-fi shows of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, Red Skirts is the story of a five-woman security team who have managed to stay alive despite wearing the red skirts (a play on the Star Trek idea that the red shirts were always the expendable crewpeople) of the Security Division.
