After her friend Kiz Ophrenia is injured and sent into a 'drug coma,' Blue brings him to his roommate, the enigmatic Paris Noya, to recover him. Red, Blue, and Paris venture deep into Kiz's mind to find his superego and convince him to wake up, but they're in for several surprises along the way- after all, this is schizophrenia we're talking about!
