Raine Sorensen, a young human who had lived a normal life for the last 15 years, is contacted through a letter, which states she must depart to the planet of Arcanus to attend the Terranity Boarding School in order to become part of the army that must save the World from the shadow monsters that threaten humanity each 100 years. Along with her tutor 'Uncle Mystery', her room-mate Emmett and the rest of the school, they have to become decent warriors to fight for the people's safety. Mankind will be on the hands of these regular teenagers ; no pressure, but if something goes wrong, not only will they die, but the Human race will not survive either ... They will most likely have to change their plans for the weekend.
