When Bernard Root, an everyday boring man, wields the most powerful item in fiction, he begins wreaking havoc around his native city. So the government sends a military soldier by the name of Dr Homicide to take care of him.
So now Earth has a fight between a guy who can do literally EVERYTHING vs The closest thing to a God.
