With the war in the south comes a surge of penniless refugees to New Georgetown, and desperation leads to an exponential rise in crime in the capital city. Hoping to help the city's overwhelmed guards, three friends--a reckless optimist, a logical magician, and a giant with a mechanical arm--become vigilantes to save their city.
