When Spikey revives an ancient institution, "The Order of The Prodigy", dedicated to protecting the universe from cosmic disasters, he didn't think it'd be very popular; but then he's proven wrong when a beb named Roscoe, an assassin named Koji and tons of other people start joining. The "universe" doesn't seem to need help at first, until a revolutionary group called New World starts causing problems. Spikey, Panam, Roscoe, Koji and the other members must fight against, and survive, a revolution which wants to destroy all they know and love.
