On a summer visit to his family friend's home, Kiwi Drawson is granted magical powers by an invention created by Professor Shoko. When the professor gives himself up to a bounty hunter robot to protect his young protégé, Kiwi is left alone with his mentor's creation. With the support of his friends, some unlikely allies, and the mystical plasma powers of the Sol Shirt, he resolves to track his beloved professor down.
